- Through your vendor’s mobile app: Download the mobile app of your vendor from the Play Store or iOS App Store. Register and fill in the essential details, including your name, consumer number, mobile number, and other important details. After signing in, under the booking menu, you can book a cylinder and check the delivery status along with other services provided by the vendor.
- SMS: Send an SMS from your RMN to your state-specific IVRS number. You will receive a message from your vendor to choose the service you want. Choose “Book a Cylinder” and then send the confirmation message. You will get a message regarding the successful booking of the LPG gas cylinder.
- Umang Mobile App: Download the mobile app from Play Store or iOS App Store. Register using your mobile number. Select the service provider and select the “Refill” option. Your LPG Gas cylinder will be booked after you hit the Confirm button.
- PayTM: On the Paytm app, open the “Gas Booking” segment. Fill in your customer id and select your service provider. Click on proceed and make the payment. After successful payment has been paid, you will receive a confirmation message related to the successful booking of your LPG Gas cylinder.
- WhatsApp: Type “Book” and send it to the number specified by your dealer for booking an LPG gas cylinder through Whatsapp.
- Missed Call: Give a call on the number specified by your vendor from your RMN. Submit your customer id and your vendor’s contact number. Verify your LPG Gas cylinder booking. You will receive a confirmation message on your RMN regarding the successful booking of your LPG gas cylinder.
