JLR begins sale of Defender 90 in India
Sale of Defender 90 in India with the price beginning from ₹76.57 lakh, said by Jaguar Land Rover India on Thursday. The Defender 90 come with three engine options, that is, a 2-litre petrol unit along with 221kW of power, a 3-litre petrol unit along with 294 kW power output and a 3-litre diesel powertrain along with 221 kW of power. 
The company is already continuing to sell Defender 110 in the country. JLR India President and Managing Director Rohit Suri said in one of his statements, “Demand for Defender 110 continues to be strong and introduction of Defender 90 will further enhance the appeal of Defender and the Land Rover brand.”
He also added that this model is the toughest and most capable Land Lover that has ever been made and it brings new age connectivity along with an unstoppable off-road performance. If we talk about the configuration of the Defender 90, it comes with six seats, embraced with 21st-century technologies.
JLR added that the customers can even customise their vehicles with four accessory packs, namely, the explorer, adventure, urban packs and country, which will give each of them a distinct character with a range of enhancements that are specially selected.
