SAT wants Sebi’s adjudicating officer not to proceed till September
The SAT has restricted Sebi‘s adjudicating officer not to proceed till September 15 in the matter of former Private chief Chanda Kochhar.
The matter concerns a show-cause notice granted by the regulator to Kochhar based on an analysis of a statement by retired Justice BN Srikrishna.
The committee, in its report, identified that Kochhar overstepped bank policies and other rules and regulations. — PTI
