Festive Offers To Boost House Purchase
7th October 2013 Chennai: During the auspicious festive season, Dewan Housing Finance has unveiled an express loan scheme. The scheme is valid till November 5 across the DFHL branch network in the country.
Under this scheme, salaried employees would be entitled to avail a loan amount within 3 working days of submission of the important documents. In the case of self-employed professionals, the sanctioning of loans will take 4 to 5 working days. To avail such loans, customers need to submit the relevant documents that include address proof, PAN card, tax returns, and bank statements.
“This offer is a reflection of our endeavor to fulfill the dream ownership of customers during the festive season,” Rakesh Makkar, chief distribution officer and executive vice-president, DHFL said.
